Julie is a passionate and experienced cook whose journey spans vegetarian, vegan, whole-food plant-based, and raw cuisines, with a focus on navigating health challenges and food allergies. She has completed health and wellness studies through Wellness Secrets, Med-Missionary Training, Colin Campbell Nutritional Studies, and the Rouxbe Certified Plant-Based Professional Program. Through her own experiences, Julie has developed deep compassion for those with special dietary needs. She is married to her high school sweetheart, has three grown children, and resides in Maryland.
