In July 2021, God placed Debi at yet another crossroads. She retired, knowing God was leading. But where? Nearly a year later, she and her then 14-year-old schnauzer embarked on a 2,200-mile journey to move from Michigan to Washington State where God’s clear call established them. Today, Debi writes and photographs nature more than ever, including cougar tracks in the snow on her deck. She also works closely with Mara Vision Outreach, a ministry that teaches the Maasai and Samburu tribes in Kenya about Jesus.
