About 6,000 years ago, Adam and Eve, when they ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, chose their way instead of God's way.

Now, as God is working to prepare people to be ready for Jesus to come, we have choices to make. Will we choose to know Jesus as a friend or stay busy with other things? Will we surrender most of ourselves or 100% of ourselves to God? Will we daily ask for the Holy Spirit to fill us, so we overflow with the fruits of the Spirit?

When we surrender there is a power from the Lord that is unleashed. Why? Because we let go of our agenda and allow God, the Infinite and All-Knowing One, to work in ways we cannot imagine.

"I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me."

Galatians 2:20 NASB
