A study at the University of Michigan found that people who volunteer for selfless reasons live longer than those who don't volunteer at all. They also found that if you volunteer but for self-centered reasons such as to look good in the community you also get no life enhancing benefits!
Wow! Guess what motivates us really does make a difference just like the Bible says! Not only does God know the difference but your body does too!
