Life is full of difficulties. Our thoughts and feelings about what we have experienced have a very big effect on our minds and bodies. Our physical, mental, emotional, and moral health is threatened by anxiety, stress, worry, fear, bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. Thankfully, Jesus is The Healer of our hearts!

No matter how hopeless or pointless it seems to continue the Christian life, know this: your thoughts and feelings about yourself and what you are going through can change.

This month's Get Ready Magazine theme is He Cares For You. The Bible encourages us to cast all of our cares on Jesus. Why should we do this? Because Jesus cares for us! (1 Peter 5:7).
